INTRODUCTION, OUR HISTORY
NOEMIZ is a small family business in the 1st district of Budapest, only a few minutes' walk from the World Heritage sights of the capital: the Buda Castle District.
The house, providing home for our apartment is the oldest building on Naphegy, and is now under municipal protection, preserving the atmosphere of the contemporary vineyard. The southwest wing of the building has been owned by our family for decades. More than 20 years ago, as a young couple, we started to build our common life in the apartment, now functioning as NOEMIZ, keeping memories, which are lovely for our hearts. Later, moving to the larger apartment next door, we began to dream of developing an accommodation from our beloved little apartment, that would mean the same harmony and intimacy for others, as it meant to us once. Therefore, after the complete renovation of the building's wing in 2013, we also started the complete renovation of the apartment during the spring of 2020. The workflows had been completed in July 2020. The result is NOEMIZ, which, in addition to its modernity and cleanliness, also provides a real home away from home, spiced with a touch of elegance. We are happy to pass on all this to you now, looking forward to welcoming you among our guests soon. And we'll be here next door if you need us.

INTIMACY OF YOUR HOME WITH A TOUCH OF ELEGANCE
The complete renovation of the 36-square-meter apartment, located in a 6-apartment house had been completed in July 2020. During the construction, we used high quality materials, paying special attention to the harmony of the applied colors and the functional design of the spaces. The interior, the modern, harmonic colors and shapes of the new furnitures and fabrics, the exclusive equipment and the extra services ensure homeliness & intimacy, while also modernity and a touch of elegance at the same time. The seating corner in the English garden of the house is an island of peace after a long day, also functioning as the designated smoking area.
Our apartment is a non-smoking one, providing comfortable accommodation for 2 people.

Buda Castle: 850 m
It is one of the main cultural and tourist sights of Budapest , as well as the former royal palace. As part of the Buda Castle District , it has been part of Budapest's World Heritage Sites since 1987 .
Chain Bridge: 1 km
The oldest and best-known bridge on the Danube , which provides a permanent connection between Buda and Pest, is one of the symbols of the Hungarian capital , and the first permanent bridge on the entire Hungarian Danube section. Its construction was initiated by Count István Széchenyi, designed by the English William Tierney Clark.
Buda Castle Funicular: 1 km
The special cable car is one of the opportunities of approaching the Buda Castle , and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1987, as an integral part of Budapest's Danube view.

The Parliament, built in 1896 is the seat of the Hungarian Parliament. The Holy Crown and the coronation jewellery are exhibited here.
Gellért Thermal Spa: 2.7 km
One of the most famous spas in Budapest, which opened its doors in 1918.
Hungarian State Opera: 2.7 km
This is the only theater in Hungary specialized for opera and ballet. The building is one of the most significant 19th century monuments in Budapest.
Dohány Street Synagogue: 2.8 km
