HOUSE RULES

 

 

The aim of travelling abroad is usually closely tied to the desire of having a clean, comfortable and peaceful accomodation, where one can really relax. For this reason, we will do our best to make your sojourn relaxing, safe and enjoyable. At the same time, it is also of importance that we give you all the necessary information needed, as well as to guard the tranquility and peace of our little residential community. Thus, we kindly request our dear guests to acknowledge and keep in mind the following:

 

1. Our guests may occupy their apartment on the day of arrival, from 3 p.m. If the arrival is earlier, and the apartment is available, it may be also occupied sooner, so please be so kind and send us a written notification, or give us a phone call previously.

2. While checking in, please do fill out the form with your personal particulars as they are shown in your passport or on your identification card.

3. If you had chosen to pay on site when you booked your accomodation, we kindly ask you to settle your bill for reservation, upon arrival.

4. We can secure the use of the apartment for you until 10:00 o’clock on the day of departure.

If a late check out is needed, it may be possible after a preliminary reconciliation with your host, depending on the occupancy of the apartment. You may ask your host about the mandatory extra charge for a late check out. If the apartment is not vacated until 18:00 p.m. on the day of departure, the whole price of one more day is charged.

5. You are kindly requested to make sure that no valuables or other personal belongings are left behind when leaving the apartment.

6. Our guests are given a key to the gate of the house and a key to the apartment, which are to be given back to us upon departure. The loss of these keys means having to buy two new locks and the keys to them, by the guest.

7. In order to secure the tranquility of our residential community, only our registered guests may stay in the apartment, at all times.

8. We take no responsibility for valuables left in the apartment. It is recommended that guests shut the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

9. According to the currently applicable laws in Hungary, smoking and the use of open flame is strictly prohibited in the apartment. For those of our guests who smoke, we offer a comfortable, open air smoker’s corner in the garden, right in front of the apartment.

10. In case any technical problem arises in the apartment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to solve it quickly.

11. We continuously resupply the bathroom amenities during your stay for your convenience. While according to the regulations of the municipal council, cleaning and the change of linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels,) is due once a week. If a more frequent change and cleaning is required by the guest, we can grant it for extra charges.

12. Upon leaving and checking out, please do not take towels or other textiles with you, nor any other equipment, because at check out these are controlled and if missing, the cost price of the item is charged. In case extra cleaning is necessary, the expenses are to be paid to Noemiz.

13. All furnishings and equipment are to be used as intended, any damage done is to be paid for by the causer to Noemiz.

14. When leaving the apartment, please do make sure, that the water taps are turned off, the lamps and the air conditioner or other electrical appliances are switched off.

15. Preparing food with an intensive smell is not allowed in our apartment. These smells can be unpleasant for other guests, while removal requires a complete cleaning process, the cost of which might be charged by Noemiz. The maximum amount of this is 100.000 HUF, which includes the cleaning cost of home textiles, upholsteries and carpets, as well as the cost of closing for the duration of the cleaning.

16. Fresh air is healthy, both for you and for the building. Therefore you are kindly requested to ventillate for a couple of minutes every day to keep the healthy conditions.

17. Please do respect the peace of others living in the house, and avoid making unnecessary noise, especially between 10 in the evening and 8 in the morning.

18. We do love pets and animals, but we also have to respect the needs of those guests who have some kind of allergy. For this reason, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

19. In case of any grave violation of the above policy, the owners of the apartment reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately.
